Daniel AKULOW, GRI

 

Mr. Akulow performs client relations, APM marketing, and secondary day-to-day management.  Mr. Akulow is a California Department of Real Estate Broker Licensee and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.

 

Mr. Daniel Akulow is Real Estate Broker of Access Real Estate, Inc. located in Modesto, CA.   Mr. Akulow has actively been serving Buyer and Seller clients within the California Central Valley for the past 5-years.  At the client personal level, Mr. Akulow believes real estate is about people.  It is the realization that real property is a fundamental element of humanity from the beginning of mankind to the present.   It is a core belief that all we know, all that we experience, all that we cherish – the people we love, the land we live on and the buildings in which we gather are inseparable.

 

At the client business level, Mr. Akulow believes the elements of agency are paramount - undivided loyalty, full disclosure, obedience, confidentiality, reasonable care, diligence, and accountability hallmark the business relationship.  Mr. Akulow fully acknowledges a real estate broker is held to the highest standard of accountability and trust as established in the agency relationship of a client and principal.  Mr. Akulow firmly believes the client business relationship is a commitment to absolute service, integrity and professionalism to perform his duty and deliver to each Home Buyer and Seller undivided loyalty, complete honesty with exceptional knowledge and sound ethical conduct.

 

Personally, Mr. Akulow is an investment real property owner and since 1997 has managed the Akulow Family multiple single family and multi-family residences.  The unique owner/landlord perspective has well served Mr. Akulow to view all property management from an "owner" point of view.  Mr. Akulow believes real property owned by a private investor is more than current day tax relief but an essential investment for the benefit of the investor's future.  It is a source of valuable income that supplements, if not exceeds, retirement income from Pension Plans and Social Security.

 

Property management for Mr. Akulow is the union of client personal and business relationship.  It is the personal owner's perspective knowing one's real property will be well maintained, as if it were owned by Mr. Akulow himself.   It is also the client business perspective of agency relationship expressed as fiduciary duty in relation to detailed tenant screening, tenant management, client performance, preventative maintenance, prompt response to all repair needs, and open communication.  Both client personal and business elements are key in securing the "golden nest-egg" of financial gain labored long and hard by every real estate investor.
