David AZEVEDO
Mr. Azevedo primarily coordinates day-to-day Access Property Management property maintenance.
Mr. David Azevedo's experience spans more than 23-years of residential, multi-family and commercial property management within the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, CA and now Modesto. Mr. Azevedo is proactive in preventative maintenance and aggressive management achieving maximum results. More than 23-years in property management field has netted Mr. Azevedo sound experience in all aspects of management, financial reporting, budgeting and marketing.
Property management success for Mr. Azevedo stems from his foundational belief of open and immediate client/owner communication. This is accomplished by initiating processes of written reports and inspections that keep management and ownership abreast of changing conditions in a concise and timely manner.
Mr. Azevedo professional property management experience is impressive. From 1988 through 1999 while employed in the Bay Area as a Regional Property Manager and Director of Property Management, he managed a portfolio of up to 2200+ multi-family units, 150,000 SF of commercial and 225,000 SF of industrial space. Additionally, he formulated and administered regional budgets, created and implemented a company wide safety program, as well as composed and implemented department wide policy and procedure manual to ensure consistent operations at corporate and onsite levels.
Mr. Azevedo's professional accomplishments include an impressive performance when he managed the Northern California branch of the largest third party Fee Management company in the country. Mr. Azevedo was successful in repositioning the Sacramento regional office from the worst performing office within the Western Region to the second largest and most profitable office. Additionally, Mr. Azevedo provided construction management services for clients reaching more than $8 million or renovations. Through aggressive business development practices, Mr. Azevedo was able to grow the Sacramento regional office from 400 units to more than 4000 managed units throughout Northern California and the Central Valley of California.
Additionally, Mr. Azevedo has had extensive training and experience in government subsidized housing. While in the Bay Area through the years of 1982-1984, Mr. Azevedo managed 224-unit HUD property in the city of Pittsburg, CA. Thereafter, while in Sacramento, CA through the years of 1999-2001, Mr. Azevedo managed a 221-unit tax credit property in Reno, Nevada.
