Access Property Management believes the essential element of Home Owner's Association Management is in the neutral third party administrator advocating and enforcing the Home Owner's Association Bylaws and CC&R's.  The foremost functional arm of the management firm is to administer grounds maintenance, pay for recurring monthly and other HOA costs, and assist the Board of Directors regarding short term and long term Association objectives.

 

Access Property Management will conduct periodic Association grounds inspections to ensure everything is running as smoothly as possible and that the property maintains a clean, polished and professional look. APM will take care to see that the value of the property is kept at the highest possible level. Financial and Accounting Management Services
On of the greatest exposures to a volunteer Association Board of Directors is the proper accounting for and application of homeowner assessments. We acknowledge ongoing operations must be realistically appraised and budgeted, cost-efficient changes need to be identified and considered for long and short-term maintenance, and replacement reserves should be funded to prevent financial hardship on members and the necessity of special assessments.

As an Association Manager, we address the aforementioned issues through the adherence to CCR bylaws and active Board dialogue as well as in the provision of periodic detailed financial reports to the Board.
