    Marketing vacant properties is of course an essential of property management.  We use various sources of public delivery of vacancies for rent.

• We publish and maintain our own website www.accesspmca.com and list for rent vacancies on our website.

• We advertise in the classified ad section the Modesto Bee and direct Modesto Bee readers to our website.

• We post vacancies onto Craigslist twice per week and list our website on Craigslist as well.

• Signs are posted in the yards of available properties.

• Print list of available properties are given to walk-in prospective tenants at NO-CHARGE.

• Provide property viewing on Saturday by appointment.
