Preventative Maintenance

    Preventative maintenance serves to preserve and increase the value of your investment property.  We encourage preventative maintenance to eliminate the effects of usual and customary depreciation due to time, use, and weather.  Simply stated, preventative maintenance increases the value of your property.  We use licensed contractors and subcontractors as well as handymen who have demonstrated their ability and professionalism through years of practical experience. They adhere to our standards, and if they don't, they don't work for us.

    You will be kept informed of maintenance needs regarding your property.  Large projects and other capital expenditures will only proceed with your consent.  Should an emergency issues such as plumbing, sewer, or electrical arise, we will communicated to you the necessity and immediately attended to the emergency concern.  Copies of invoices are always available for your review.  We will sweat the small stuff for you - you won't be bothered with minor issues.  We will care for your property as if it were our own.
