Access Property Management is pleased to announce Owner Web Access as a new service designed to provide added value to our family of property owners!  Owner Web Access is available to all Access Property Management Owners as part of our dedication to service and productivity at absolutely NO COST!

 

The Owner Web Access is a gateway to valuable information for the property owner such as real time account ledger, various financial reports, work orders, and property information.  This service provides each Access Property Management owner direct access to all financial information regarding the owner's property or set of properties. 

 

Owner Web Access is available 24/7 - everyday with unlimited access!  Also, Owner Web Access is directly linked to the Access Property Management accounting software and data with real-time information.  Once information is updated in our system, the information on Owner Web Access is updated as well.

    • 90-day summary of rental income and expenses for your property

    • management fees disbursements
