Access Property Management is a Modesto, California based full service property management firm.  Our current service area encompasses the Central Valley of California serving Stanislaus, Merced and San Joaquin Counties.

We are a unique property management company because we have a full maintenance department with two Service Coordinators and five Maintenance Technicians. 

 

We can service a property repair needs to your rentals quickly, efficiently, and at lower cost that other property management companies because other management companies rely on handymen and/or contractors, who have their own business to take care, and can decide if and when they would service any repair need.

Not the case with Access Property Management.  As your "agent", we are obligated to service your rentals' repair needs.  And, in having our own maintenance employees, we get work done quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.
